Picture of Great Falls |
Rock Island, TN |
Rock Island State Park offers menagerie of activities for all ages. There is picnicking, hiking, swimming, photography, boating, and fishing just to mention a few. There is also a view of a highly unusual waterfall, Great Falls. Great Falls runs out of a crevasse in side of a limestone gorge. Above the crevasse is a stand of hardwood trees which makes this an unusual picture that isn't seen very often. Also, found at Rock Island State Park is a 19th century textile mill. | |
